About Maurice Whelan
Maurice has over 20 years experience working in both the public and private sector at Senior Management and Executive level. He has qualifications in Psychotherapy, Marketing, Supervisory Management, Stage Craft and Voice Production. Additionally, he is a Graduate of Insead Paris where he successfully completed the Advanced Management Programme.
Maurice’s leadership and strategy execution skills have been recognised by the many National and International Awards he has achieved, including European People Manager of the Year and European Industry Champion of the Year (ECCA). Maurice is a member of EMCC and subscribes to the EMCC Code of Ethics (see emccouncil.org).
He has twice received the National Award for Contact Centre Manager of the Year, the only individual ever to receive this distinction.
He is a Fellow of the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) and in 2007 he was the recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award.
