MINDFULNESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT
Mindfulness from the Inside Out is a programme specifically developed for the busy corporate individual.
The programme takes a pragmatic view on how the discipline of mindfulness can be integrated seamlessly, not only into the working day, but into one’s life.
This Programme is modelled on the world renowned evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR) developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School 40 years ago.
This programme is delivered on-site at the client’s premises.
The course consists of 12 hours group mindfulness sessions and two half hour individual one-on-one sessions with the teacher.
The provision of a workbook manual and guided meditation recordings. There are different course levels, depending on the client’s needs. Details of these are available on request.
