This first Mindfulness Meditation session is a three minute check-in to help you pause and reset in the busiest of times. That means that at any time of the day, you can be aware of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
Ep 1 - Time to check in
You can train your brain to be calm and focus. You’ll find you’ll feel more in control of your life, are more productive and feel happier. Mindfulness leads to lower levels of stress and has been found to reduce anxiety and depression.
Ep 2 - Three Minute Breathing
In this 10-minute breathing meditation, you will practice mindful breathing, which helps focus attention on your breath in your daily life—an important skill to help you deal with stress, anxiety, and negative emotions.
Ep 3 - 10 minute breathing
This body scan bring attention into your body, and allowing more oxygen to enlivening your body. And as you exhale, you will have a strong sense of relaxing more deeply.
Ep 4 - Body Scan
Loving kindness meditation (LKM) is easy to practice, will provide a sense of calm in minutes and can be used to reduce any stress and boost well-being. If you regularly practice loving-kindness meditation you’ll be able to increase your capacity for forgiveness, self-acceptance and your connection to others.
