He is an engaging and motivational consultant with over 20 years experience working in both the public and private sector at Senior Management and Executive level.
He has served on a number of Boards including as Chair of The Contact Centre Managers Association of Ireland and as Vice President of the European Confederation of Contract Centers Association. He has qualifications in Executive Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Marketing, Supervisory Management, Hospital and Health Service Administration, Stage Craft & Voice Production. He is also a Graduate of Insead Paris where he successfully completed the Advanced Management Programme.
Maurice’s leadership and strategic execution skills have been recognized by the many National and International Awards he has achieved, including European People Manager of the Year and European Industry Champion of the Year (ECCA). He has twice received the National Award for Contact Centre Manager of the Year, the only individual ever to receive this distinction, and is a Fellow of the CCMA.
