MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS AND RESILIENCE

Mental Health Wellness and Resilience Coaching (MHRC) is delivered by Unleash Potential to individuals who wish to manage their mental health more proactively and build resilience.

This programme was borne out of a need to respond effectively to the challenges that have arisen for individuals as well as leaders within the business community due to the impact of Covid-19.

STRUCTURE

  • Six sessions delivered on an individual basis
  • Sessions approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours in length
  • Designed to build sustainable strategies to enhance living well and build resilience
  • Drawing on the principles of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Positive Psychology, Physiotherapy, Mindfulness and Neuro Lingistic Programme (NLP), the sessions are designed to support participants to explore solutions that will support them to live well.

People are being asked to work primarily from home, use new technologies, home school, look after elderly parents, all the while being productive and professional. New stressors and pressures have arisen and both short-term and long-term solutions need to be found to enable individuals to operate in this new norm.

Delivered on an individual basis over six sessions, this coaching is designed to build sustainable strategies to enhance living well. This is particularly important when dealing with unknown or new situations and adjusting to the new normal.
